Welcome to the George Arts Theatre! We are open to the public for visits and tours, Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm, excluding public holidays.

We are a mixed martial arts dojo in Cape Town South Africa - we combine kickboxing, muay thai, aikido and jiu jitsu techniques for all ages. First class free.
