PtyNow was born out of frustration and inefficiency that ruled the market. The company recognised a gap in the market in 2011, when there were not a lot of players and shelf companies were not readily available, very expensive and took a long time to register. We started to register shelf companies and build up an impressive stock.
We decided to automate the way of doing things in the registration process and by doing this we could register more companies in a shorter time and at a lower cost. We decided to shift into the next gear about 2 years ago and opened our online store.
Located in Faerie Glen, Pretoria, this is beneficial as the office of CIPC is also in Pretoria.
