At Banting Buddies, our goal is to help people lose weight and get healthy.

All around the world, obesity rates are rising at a phenomenal rate. Type 2 diabetes and heart disease are killing more and more people each year.Adults, and even children, are not living their best lives possible because they are encumbered by extra weight and poor health. We want to make a difference and we plan to do it one person at a time, through a process of coaching, education and support.

Our knowledgable Banting Buddies coaches have all completed a comprehensive training programme developed by Banting Buddies and Sally-Ann Creed, a qualified Nutritional Therapist, co-author of the Real Meal Revolution cook book and an expert in the Banting (Low carb/High fat) approach to eating.

Our Banting Buddies coaches will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to successfully lose weight. They will also be your biggest cheerleader – providing motivation, encouragement and accountability each step of the way. If dieting has left you feeling deprived, hungry and tired, then we highly recommend that you give Banting a bash.
