This small and intimate 4 chalets and 6 luxury tents offer Thornybush accommodation specifically designed to be eco-friendly and private. No noisy air-conditioning, electric lights or televisions. Instead you get spacious rooms that are cool in summer and warm in winter, kerosene lanterns for light, fire geysers for hot water and bird song for televisions, topped off with high quality white linen and mosquito nets.

Meals at Tangala Safari Camp are social occasions and a time to listen and share fascinating tales of the bush or to sit back and reflect on the day passed. Cooking is performed on either gas or open fire. Tangala Safari Camp’s cuisine has been specially created to reflect Africa in all her moods. Dinner in the boma includes connoisseur Cape wine, all dietary and culinary requirements are met at Tangala Safari Camp.
