General information

This is a community of people who love the outdoors, connect to share their variety of movement, support one another and create a LEKKER vibe in the Barnyard studio where they will build there strength, stamina, flexibility, skill and coordination to explore the mountains, the oceans, rivers and trails. These awesome individuals will take part in races together, share in one another's accomplishments, push one another to see exercise as a way of life - and START LIVING FROM THE INSIDE OUT! They do not limit themselves to one style/sport/trend. They will try new things, see places they never knew existed and share the beauty of movement and the Great Outdoors. All trail runners, mountain bikers, surfers, dancers, rock climbers, world travelers and open-minded fun loving human beings with a sense of humour, welcome!
