I am a fully qualified male massage therapist, Reiki practitioner and Master,who has been practicing massage & Reiki for over 5 years. Massage& Reiki is my passion and my motto is "Heal the World make it a better place" (thanks Michael Jackson) and I believe I can help make this world a better place through my hands, massage & Reiki. I was given a gift that I want to share with the world

I offer the following treatments:

Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki ,Sole Reiki and Healing councelling.

Massages have a holistic approach, meaning the massages are not just physical, they are deeper, incorporating the mind, body and spirit... You find yourself on another plane of existence.
Massage might be experienced as sensual, deeply relaxing, therapeutic, regenerative, restful, soothing, nurturing, healing, informative, investigative, spiritual, intense, centering, grounding, even uplifting.

In terms of muscular problems, massage is effective in that it:
- Relieves muscle tightness/stiffness/spasm/restricted movement

- Improves circulation to muscles thus relieving muscle fatigue and muscular aches and pains

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

When the flow of the "Life Force Energy" is disrupted, weakened or blocked, emotional or health problems tend to occur. Imbalances can be caused from many situations occurring in our lives, such as: emotional or physical trauma, injury, negative thoughts and feelings, including fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, negative self-talk, toxicity, nutritional depletion, destructive lifestyle and relationships, neglect of self and lack of love for oneself or others, from emotions that are not expressed in a healthy way...
Reiki is excellent for healing any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues of any kind and it gives wonderful results.

I work from a comfortable, calm and relaxed room at home in Durbanville. However I do travel also.
Appointments are available after 6pm during the week and from 8am on weekends with the last appointment at 10pm.
Rates: 30min - R160 / 1hr - R330 / 1.5 hrs - R440 / 2 hrs – R550 (Extra for travelling)
Shower and ablution facilities are available should you want to use them before/after the massage.
