SANCA Central Eastern Cape is a Non Governmental Organisation that deals with all aspects related to substance abuse. The focus of SANCA Central Eastern Cape is the prevention, awareness, treatment and after care those those affected by drug and alccohol abuse.

Substance abuse is not something that only affects the user, but also their loved ones. It is our responsibility to educate all generations on the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse and the consequences thereof.

SANCA has numerous awareness and prevention campaigns that are executed on a regular basis in schools, clinics and all communities.

The more individuals that are aware of the dangers of substance abuse, the more the message can be spread to our children, loved ones and friends. Substance abuse does not discriminate against age, sex or race and ANYONE can be affected.
