Kwali Mark Construction was created in 2006 as an independent construction company to do building work for Lance Dickson Construction and the private market. Today, Kwali Mark Construction is experienced in the designing and building of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
The owner of Kwali Mark Construction, Schalk van der Westhuizen, used to be the Managing Member of Lance Dickson Construction. Between Schalk van der Westhuizen, his wife Michelle van der Westhuizen, and his right hand man Marius van der Westhuizen, they have accumulated over 30 years’ experience in the construction and property industry.
Kwali Mark Construction has a full staff of Project Managers, Designers and Administrators to help our customers with every step of the building process. Having all of the necessary talent under one roof reduces the amount of time, money and other resources a customer has to spend on a project.
