Atlantic Beach Estate is situated less than 30km from Cape Town’s cosmopolitan city centre and conveniently links to key access routes.

With some 860 privately owned homes, the Estate is one of the largest residential estates in the country. The residential villages making up the Estate have been grouped around the 18-hole links style Atlantic Beach Golf Course, and blends unobtrusively with the pristine fynbos and rolling dunes.

Security is paramount and the Estate and its residents are protected by a state-of-the-art security system including video analytic fence perimeter cameras and a biometric access control system. All access is monitored by well-trained guards. To ensure the safety of our families living on the estate, staff trained in firefighting and first aid are on duty 24 hours a day.
