Theba Function Hire was conceptualized in 1997. Lead by Mr. H Theba, S Theba and A Theba, this company responded to the strong need that existed for an organization that was committed to providing services of high quality.

As such the services offered by this organization are accompanied by passion, commitment, dedication, and above all, a strong desire to ensure that the needs and wants of the clients are always exceeded.

Mrs S Theba and Mrs A Theba are key figures in the company, as they concern themselves with the planning, initiation and success of the projects on hand. Consequently, they have succeeded in establishing a positive casual relationship between gender and project success.

In addition, the company has qualified to be regarded as a Black Empowerment initiative. This is consistent with government’s strategy to empower women, as well as to uplift the marginalized through inclusion into mainstream business.
