The 24/7 Toll Free Crisis Helpline provides an accessible and immediate service to all children in and around KwaZulu-Natal whenever and wherever they may require help. Callers are responded to by competent counsellors on any problem or issues of need via landline and cellular phone. It allows children to express their concerns and talk about issues that affect them. This skilled and efficient team provides these services based on respect, confidentiality and in a manner that demonstrate humility and dignity. All cases are reviewed and referred, follow-up and advocated for in the best interests of the children concerned.
