We are a level 2 BBBEE business that embraces social responsibility and upliftment. Kapela Holdings, a BEE investment business, owns a 34.69% stake in XON and Kapela Holdings Executive Director Israel Skosana is now chairman of the board of XON while Kapela Holdings non-Executive Director Daphne Motsepe and Executive Director Makhup Nyama serve as Non-Executive Directors of XON.
